Maxime van Erp (1994, Dutch)  is a freelance director of photography based in Amsterdam. She is a HKU graduate (2018) and has worked her way up through the camera and light department on a wide range of projects, from features to music videos and commercial work.

She is an Easyrig Ambassador in the Netherlands and was a jury member of De Gouden Reigers (2024). Maxime is a firm believer in the importance of bringing together different perspectives, both on screen and behind the scenes. This is one of the reasons she’s a proud member of Collective Studio Her.
