Nosebleed is an experimental arthouse dance film (10 min.), where we see Maya in a guided interaction in which she unfolds her darkest desires in an interplay of trauma and liberation, of pain and pleasure, in search of her equilibrium. Which is sometimes vulnerable and tender, other times destructive and dark. Using an absurdist and unconventional poetic narrative, this film explores taboos surrounding trauma, sexuality and intimacy partly inspired by Yoko's triculture (Brazilian, Japanese, Dutch).
